I’m a data analyst who is enthusiastic about leveraging data to enhance business decisions and boost operational effectiveness. Presently, I serve as a Workforce Management & Forecasting Analyst at Vail Resorts, where I concentrate on predicting demand, planning workforce needs, and conducting operational analytics. My aim is to utilize data science and analytics to address practical challenges in workforce operations, business strategy, and decision-making.

This project implements an automated forecasting pipeline designed to analyze historical operational demand data, compare multiple forecasting models, generate future demand predictions, and translate those forecasts into workforce staffing requirements. The system demonstrates how time-series analytics and machine learning can be used to support operational planning in service environments such as call centers, customer support operations, and public service systems.
